For the past thirteen years, Boston City Singers’ Tour Choir (formerly Concert Chorus) has spent 1 – 4 weeks touring various parts of the United States and the world as part of our Global Voices initiative. Goodwill Tours are designed to give singers the opportunity to share the gift of song, and to develop deeper understanding and respect for different cultures and communities. This year, our 39 Tour Choir singers and 7 staff members embark on a 20-day journey to South Africa. We will depart from Boston, MA, (United States), and fly across the continents all the way to South Africa via Dubai (United Arab Emirates). Once there, we will be visiting Cape Town, Port Elizabeth, and Johannesburg (South Africa). We are so excited and grateful for all that we will learn, experience, and share on our Goodwill Tour.
